As the name Andrawina means a magnificent banquet, this restaurant is also designed very beautifully, elegantly and luxuriously.
This Nyonya dish is cooked using the usual techniques used by Malays but uses different spices combined with the Indonesian cooking style which is famous for its sharp aroma and spicy taste.
With the preparation technique and various spices, it is pounded with a pestle or mortar to create a unique, typical Peranakan taste. Meanwhile, for their cooking recipes, they keep it secret and will be passed on to their respective descendants.
Andrawina Restaurant also offers a Sunday brunch package that can be enjoyed every week from 11.30 am to 15.30 pm.
